WHEN IT’S TIME FOR SOMETHING BETTER

Make a stronger impression.
Make the next step easier.

Good design helps people recognize your business, understand the offer, and move forward with confidence.

  1. 01

    Your brand looks different everywhere.

Bring your website, campaign creative, and everyday materials into a consistent identity your team can use.

  2. 02

    People struggle with the journey.

Work through unclear navigation, complicated forms, and confusing product flows before adding another layer of visuals.

  3. 03

You need clarity before the build.

Use wireframes and prototypes to agree on the important screens, content, and interactions before development begins.

WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH

From first impression
to the smallest interaction.

Choose a focused identity project, a digital experience redesign, or a connected package. We define the assets, screens, and review rounds together.

01 /

Brand & audience discovery

Review your positioning, audience, existing materials, and competitors. Establish the qualities the identity and experience need to communicate.

02 /

Visual identity & direction

Develop an agreed direction for your logo, typography, colour palette, imagery, and layouts, with practical examples of how they work together.

03 /

UX research & journey mapping

Map key user tasks, information needs, and friction points. Interviews or usability sessions can be included around the people and access available.

04 /

Wireframes & prototypes

Explore page structure and key interactions in a reviewable prototype. Resolve navigation, content hierarchy, and the steps between screens.

05 /

Website & application UI

Design responsive screens and useful component states, including forms, navigation, empty states, and feedback. Consider readability and keyboard use throughout.

06 /

Design system & handover

Provide the agreed assets, reusable components, usage guidance, and development notes. Review the implemented experience when that support is included.

Your proposal defines the deliverables, responsibilities, and support included in your project.

A CONNECTED BRAND EXPERIENCE

    Set the direction

An identity grounded in your business and audience.

  2. STEP 02

    Shape the journey

Content and interactions organized around a useful task.

  3. STEP 03

    Bring it to every screen

Reusable patterns that keep the experience consistent.

IDENTITY, MEET INTERACTION

One recognizable brand.
Every touchpoint.

A visitor might discover an advert, browse a service page, and complete an enquiry. Consistent visual decisions and a clear journey help those moments feel like one experience.

  • Consistency with a purpose

Give typography, colour, spacing, and components defined roles your team can reuse.

  • Test the important decisions

Review the tasks people need to complete, including the points where they might need help or make a mistake.

  • A design that can be built

Discuss responsive behaviour, content constraints, and development feasibility before handing over the files.

HOW WE GET THERE

Clear steps.
Shared direction.

A shared brief, a considered direction, and enough detail to move from design files to a working experience.

  1. 01

    Understand the context

Review the business, audience, existing identity, and key journeys. Agree on the design brief and deliverables.

  2. 02

    Explore the direction

Develop the visual direction and initial wireframes. Review the reasoning and choose a direction together.

  3. 03

    Design & validate

Develop the agreed screens and components, then review prototypes and refine the important interactions.

  4. 04

    Prepare the handover

Organize assets, document usage and behaviour, and support the transition into development as agreed.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good questions.
Honest answers.

Have something else in mind?

Ask us directly
Can we keep our existing logo?

Yes. We can build a clearer digital identity around an existing logo, refining typography, colour, imagery, and layouts. We review what you want to retain before proposing changes.

Do we need branding and UI/UX together?

Not always. An identity project defines how the brand looks and communicates. UI/UX work shapes how people use your website or product. We can scope either separately or connect them when both need attention.

Is website development included?

Design and development are separate scopes that can be combined in one project. A design engagement can end with the agreed files, prototypes, and handover notes, or our development team can take the approved work into a build.

Will you test designs with real users?

We can include user interviews or usability sessions. Recruitment, participant numbers, the tasks to review, and any costs are agreed during discovery. Internal reviews are not presented as user research.

What will our team receive?

The proposal lists the final assets and working files, prototype access, component documentation, and usage guidance. We also agree on ownership and any third-party font, image, or software licences.

Can you work with our own developers?

Yes. We can discuss implementation constraints early, supply responsive designs and component states, and provide agreed review support while your team builds the experience.
