How we handle enquiries, blog comments, website analytics, and account information across our services.

1. Who we are

SEO Neurons is a web development and digital marketing agency based at 252, Ward 6, Barwala, Hisar, Haryana, India. This policy covers our agency website, contact enquiries, and account services offered on our account subdomain.

SEO Neurons is responsible for deciding how this information is used. You can contact us about privacy at contact@seoneurons.com.

Some services may provide additional privacy information at the point of use. Work involving personal information that we handle on a client’s behalf may also be covered by a separate project agreement.

2. Enquiries & account information

Contact forms, email, and telephone

When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide. These can include your name, email address, phone number, website, the service you are interested in, and your message. Correspondence may include attachments and follow-up information.

When you select “Send your enquiry,” our contact form sends your name, email address, optional website, service interest, and project message to our enquiry database. We keep a submission reference, the date received, and a follow-up status so our team can manage your request and avoid duplicate submissions.

Contact records are available to authorised team members through our administration system. Direct email links open your email application; we receive those messages only after you send them.

Blog comments

Blog comments use a separate form and do not require an account. We collect your chosen display name, email address, comment, article reference, privacy acknowledgement, and submission time/reference. Approved comments display your name, message, and date publicly. Your email, acknowledgement, and moderation notes remain private to authorised administrators. Comments are held for review before appearing; we may edit or decline submissions and remove spam. We use the email address to handle comment-related questions or removal requests, not to subscribe you to marketing.

Accounts on our subdomain

If you register for an account, we process your username, email address, authentication details, and verification or account-recovery information. Session and security information helps keep you signed in, protect your account, and investigate misuse.

Where you use the software licence portal, account records can also include your licences, plan status, activated devices, and related support or transaction records. This is separate from the content of a normal marketing enquiry.

Technical information

Hosting and security services may process an IP address, browser information, pages requested, request times, and security events to deliver and protect our services. Analytics information is described in section 4.

Browsing our agency pages does not require an account. Enquiry details are voluntary, although we need a way to contact you if you want a response. Account services require the information needed to register and authenticate you.

3. How we use information

We use enquiry details to understand your request, respond to questions, discuss a possible project, and prepare a relevant proposal. Where work proceeds, correspondence may also support project delivery, billing, and ongoing support.

Account information is used to register and authenticate users, send verification and recovery messages, provide access to account features, manage licences where applicable, and protect the service from misuse. GA4 helps us understand how our websites are used and where the experience can improve.

We do not sell personal information or add you to a marketing mailing list simply because you make an enquiry or create an account.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on your consent, steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, or a legal obligation. Necessary service operation and security may rely on legitimate interests where that basis is available under the law that applies. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it by contacting us.

4. Google Analytics 4 & cookies

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website use. Where enabled, it may process page views, visits and sessions, referral information, interactions, device and browser details, and approximate location. These measurements help us improve our content and visitor journeys.

GA4 uses identifiers and cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits and sessions. Cookie duration depends on configuration and browser limits. Google explains its default data collection and GA4 cookies.

We do not use contact-form messages, email addresses, or passwords as analytics event data. The use of GA4 does not itself mean that advertising or remarketing features are enabled.

Account and security cookies

Our account service uses cookies for authentication, session renewal, password recovery, and security. These serve a different purpose from optional analytics. Blocking them may prevent sign-in or account recovery from working.

Your controls

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings and use the privacy controls provided by the relevant service. Where consent is required for optional analytics, it should be requested before that tracking is activated, and you should be able to change your choice. Contact us if you need help understanding the controls available for a service.

Google’s handling of analytics data is explained in its data safeguards guidance and Privacy Policy.

5. Service providers & sharing

Information may be handled by people working on the relevant enquiry or account and by providers of hosting, databases, email delivery, form processing, authentication, and support services. Google processes analytics information where GA4 is enabled.

We share information where needed to respond to you, provide a requested service, maintain account security, or meet a legal requirement. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or public authorities where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Service providers may process information outside India. The locations and arrangements depend on the services used. Contact us for information about providers handling your enquiry or account and any applicable transfer arrangements.

6. How long we keep information

Approved blog comments remain available while relevant to the discussion. Pending, rejected, and spam comments may be removed during moderation. Contact us to request correction or removal of your comment and associated email; we may ask for information needed to verify the request.

We retain enquiry records for the time needed to respond, manage follow-up, and resolve outstanding questions. Relevant criteria include whether the conversation is ongoing, whether it has become a client project, and applicable contractual or legal record-keeping requirements.

Account records are retained while needed to operate the account and associated services. Some licence, transaction, security, or dispute-related records may need to be retained after an account closes. A deletion request is considered against those requirements.

Analytics retention depends on the GA4 property settings and the type of report or data involved. Cookie lifetimes are separate from the retention of analytics information. Contact us for the retention settings applicable to a particular service.

7. Your choices & requests

Email contact@seoneurons.com to ask about your enquiry or account information, request a correction or deletion, close an account, or stop follow-up about an enquiry.

Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. This does not affect earlier processing. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to object, restrict certain processing, obtain a portable copy, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority.

We may need information to verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained to fulfil legal obligations or resolve claims. We will explain any relevant limitation when responding.

8. Protecting information

We aim to limit the information requested to what is useful for your enquiry and to handle it with appropriate care. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or sensitive account information in an initial project enquiry.

If a project requires access to an account or confidential material, we will discuss an appropriate way to share it. If you believe information sent to us has been exposed or misused, contact us promptly at contact@seoneurons.com.

9. External services

Our website contains links to services such as LinkedIn and Instagram. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. Opening an email or telephone link also uses the applications and services configured on your device.

This policy does not replace those providers’ notices. Please review their policies before sharing information with them.

10. Updates & contact

We may revise this policy when our services or information-handling practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision of this notice.
